Refund Policy for My Trip To Rwanda

Hey Awesome Traveler!

We’re thrilled that you’re considering embarking on a fantastic adventure with My Trip To Rwanda. We totally understand that sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs, and plans change. No worries – we’ve got you covered with all the deets about our refund policy.

1. Cancellation Period:

We totally get it – things happen. If you need to cancel your trip, just let us know at least 14 days before the start date of your tour. That gives us plenty of time to adjust things and maybe shed a tear or two.

2. Refund Amount:

Okay, so you’ve decided to cancel within that 14-day window. No problem! We’ll refund you 75% of the total tour cost. That’s right, you’ll get most of your moolah back. We want you to feel good about your decision, even if you can’t join us this time.

3. Late Cancellation:

Now, if you cancel within 14 days of your tour start date, we won’t be able to hand back the cash. Sorry about that! But we’ll still be here for virtual hugs and to help you out with any questions or concerns you might have.

4. No-shows:

If you end up missing the tour without giving us a heads-up, unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund. We’ll miss you, but we’ll understand. Life can be unpredictable.

5. Refund Process:

Once we get the green light on your cancellation, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. It’ll zoom right back to the original payment method you used when booking your tour.

6. Changing Tours:

Life’s all about choices, right? If you need to switch to a different tour, just give us a shout! We’ll do our best to make it happen, depending on availability. There might be some differences in tour costs, but we’ll figure it out together.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances:

We know life can get wild. If there’s a serious situation preventing you from joining the tour – like a medical emergency or a superhero rescue mission – reach out to us ASAP. We’ll review your situation on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work some magic.
